JRPE Engineering Services is a mechanical contracting company based in Davao City, founded on January 21, 2021, by Engr. Ricky E. Pahang. Engr. Pahang is a registered and licensed Mechanical Engineer who took the opportunity of pursuing his own business endeavor right after retiring from Daikin Airconditioning Philippines Inc. - a multinational air-conditioning company where he served as Davao City Branch Manager for 12 years. He acquired his license as a Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) on May of 2023.

Engr. Pahang began his career as a Project Engineer at OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE TECHNOLOGY PHILIPPINES INC. (OMTPI) in 2009, where he managed project execution, including scheduling, material requisition, cost-saving, and man-power selection. He also served as a quality assurance officer before project delivery and turnover. In 2010, he worked as a Sales and Project Design Engineer at HITACHI AIR-CONDITIONING PRODUCTS (PHILS) INC., marking his first engagement in the air-conditioning industry. Since 2012, he worked at DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING PHILIPPINES INC., where he became a globally certified Daikin Sales Engineer and eventually a Manager for the Davao City Branch Office. Engr. Pahang has equipped himself with the knowledge and skill to deliver quality and reliable work, including sales operation, warehouse management, and administrative functions.
